You must be at least 25, and the named renter must be the driver towing the trailer. Our 14-foot × 83-inch utility trailer requires a properly rated tow vehicle, a 2-5/16-inch hitch ball, a 7-pin connector, and a functioning electric brake controller. Check your vehicle and hitch ratings for the full loaded trailer weight and confirm applicable insurance with your insurer. If you're unsure whether your vehicle qualifies, text us before booking.
Check dates and book online. Choose your dates and pickup or delivery, enter your rental details, review the total and agreement, then sign and pay. Wait for your booking result; a pending payment or review message is not a confirmed reservation. You can return to saved progress without starting over.
If you arranged a rental through Facebook Marketplace or another marketplace, use the secure agreement link we send you. Its result will tell you whether the dates are recorded or need our review. Payment handled by a marketplace stays separate.
The 14-foot × 83-inch utility trailer has a $100 refundable security deposit, collected with the rental total for online bookings. It secures amounts properly due under your agreement and is not a limit on liability. After the completed return inspection, we initiate return of the refundable balance within 48 hours. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. Any proposed deduction is itemized; marketplace-held deposits follow the recorded marketplace arrangement.
For new direct bookings, cancellation at least 48 hours before pickup receives a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled rental. With less than 48 hours' notice or a no-show, the late cancellation charge is the lesser of $100 or the scheduled base rental charge. If you never take custody, the security deposit is returned in full, along with unearned delivery and unused add-on charges. Your signed agreement and any disclosed marketplace terms govern your rental.
Travel outside Arizona requires our prior written approval for that specific rental. Tell us your destination and intended use when booking. International travel, including Mexico and Canada, is prohibited.
Every rental includes tie-down straps and the tools needed to perform a tire change. Wheel chocks are also included. A moving dolly is available as an add-on for $10/day.
Subject to availability, the base rates are $60 per day, $350 per 7 days and $1,450 per 30 days. Partial hours are rounded up at $10 per hour, capped at the daily rate. Online quotes choose the least expensive combination of these rates that covers your requested time; a price cap does not extend your reserved dates. Delivery, the optional $10-per-rental-day dolly and the refundable deposit appear separately before signing. Contact us for unusual or extended arrangements.
Contact us as soon as you need more time. An extension depends on availability and requires our approval, acceptance of the updated agreement and any additional payment. Until the change is confirmed, your original return time still applies. We preserve your original agreement and show the accepted change separately.
